All Franchise Owners will attend an initial training in either Arizona or California. Our training program consists of 18 virtual classroom hours and 80 hours of on-the-job training, and covers our company culture, operations, customer service, products, management, marketing, IT, supply chain, and financial training.
Our Marketing Support team ensures that each Nékter Juice Bar Franchise Owner capitalizes on our marketing programs through localized campaigns. Our team of passionate marketers is here to assist in all aspects of marketing; advertising, public relations, social media, in-store creative, sponsorships and fundraising events.
Because our Corporate Support Team currently runs over 30 Nékter locations, they have a firsthand understanding of the areas where our Franchise Owners need the most support. In addition to addressing individual issues, we also send weekly regional newsletters, host monthly webinars with franchise experts, and provide access to our Nekter intranet and owner portal, which includes everything Franchise Owners need to run their locations successfully.
